Short vatting time up to 10 days. Free-run juice essentially. Gentle work of the marc (pomace) cap for tannins of great finesse.
Wine of a beautiful garnet color. In the nose red fruits. On the palate velvety and ripe, with a long finish.
Serve at 18°C. To be enjoyed within the first 3 years of the vintage. It will accompany your barbecued veal brochette, Basque salads or rump steak.
