60 % Ugni blanc
20 % Clairette
14 % Grenache blanc
6 % Vermentino
Harvest at night. Parcels cultivated according to the rules of Organic Agriculture.
Maceration from 6 to 12 hours. Static settling. Fermentation at low controlled temperature (14-16°C).
Aged on the fine lees.
The robe is a brilliant pale yellow. The nose is rather discreet, with floral perfumes. Notes of Williams pears dominate. The terroir is expressed by the balance between minerality and floral aromatic touches which coat this vintage with finesse, without exuberance. Good balance in the length.
Serve chilled (10-12°C). It will be a great partner to a savory pie but also to a grilled red mullet or a seafood gratin.
