The plots of land for the Prairie Ventoux vintage are located at an altitude of 300 and 500 meters with a full southern exposure.
The grapes are harvested at a rather late maturity, 100% destemmed. Light punching of the pomace cap. The plots are cultivated according to the principles of Organic Agriculture.
The nose is full of intense, velvety and frank notes of morello cherries. On the palate coated and powerful with beautiful aromas of blackberries and a touch of sweet spice. The finish is clean and fresh.
