Amédée's winemakers harvest at night. Harvesting at night preserves the freshness of the grapes. The plots are cultivated according to the principles of Organic Agriculture.
This cuvée presents itself with nice aromas of small red fruits (cherry, black currant, blackberry). Dominant is the strawberry. Overall, this Ventoux rosé is defined by freshness and smoothness.
This wine will perfectly accompany all aperitifs or the Asian cuisine.
