The plots of this vintage are located in areas situated between 300 and 500 meters in altitude, with a southern exposure.
Direct pressing, cold-settled juice, alcoholic fermentation at 18 degrees.
This Ventoux rosé cuvée exudes lovely aromas of small red fruits (cherry, blackcurrant, blackberry). The dominant note is of strawberry. Overall, this Ventoux rosé is defined by its freshness and smoothness.
To be enjoyed very chilled between 8 and 10°C.
