The vines are located on a terroir of red marl, clay-limestone and clay-silt.
Harvest at night
Vinification takes place at low temperature (between 15 and 16 degrees) and lasts around two weeks.
Pale pink color, nose of red fruits with a fresh and full mouth.
Serve at 12°C. Subtle and elegant wine, a perfect companion for an aperitif or a grilled fish or white meat.
