Syrah harvested mid to late September, Grenache late September to early October. 100% destemmed harvest.
Fermentation between 20 and 22 degrees, gentle maceration to obtain intense Grenache tannins.
Wine of a beautiful garnet color. In the nose red fruits. On the palate velvety and ripe, with a long finish.
Serve at 18°C. To be enjoyed within the first 3 years of the vintage. It will accompany your barbecued veal brochette, Basque salads or rump steak.
