Beautiful pomelo color with nice purple reflections. In the nose minerality with some discreet and elegant notes of elderberry and pear.
In mouth the attack is frank, with a crunchy frame. A nice freshness with a slight rigor that makes it a wine for gastronomy.
This rosé wine will be the perfect partner to a nice plate of Corsican charcuterie, marinated duck aiguillettes or a cheese board.
