The robe is straw yellow with silver reflections. The nose is intense and complex. It reveals nuances of ripe yellow flesh fruits and a milky woody note, milk caramel. Some spices and notes of infusion participate to the aromatic complexity. On the palate on will find sweetness, suavity with a lot of subdued and roundness. It develops notes of honey, lemon and roasted hazelnuts. The wine presents itself with a good volume, and a nice roundness supported by an acidity that gives the wine length and persistence.
Serve at 12°C. This wine is perfect as an aperitif, or as a companion to a veal knuckle with creamy mushrooms, an omelette with black truffles or lobsters with Armorican sauce.
